Action #1) List Building.  This is the step you’ve already been told about.  Well, they were right.  You need to start the actual activity of building a list as soon as possible.  In fact this is an activity that needs some attention each and every day.  Find the techniques that work best for you and your niche.  Then go to work.  But it can’t just be any old list you develop.  You need a list of laser targeted subscribers.  Be very focused about locating and then adding subscribers who share your passion for your chosen niche to achieve the internet marketing success you seek.

Action #2) Relationship Building.  You must take the time to develop a relationship with your list.  This takes lots of work, but the payoff for both you and your subscribers is huge.  For the subscriber the strong relationship with you occurs as they gain trust and respect in you and the value of the information you provide.  In essence they are receiving exactly the information and details they seek.  For you, as you earn that trust you are building a loyal following. Your subscribers will begin to turn to you whenever they have compelling question or need.  As you portfolio of products grow, you will be able to provide products and service that are spot.  That means sales.

Action #3) Email Marketing.  You must develop you email marketing skills.  Email becomes the means of reaching your subscribers with the information they seek.  It becomes the means of growing the strength of your relationship with your list.  It also becomes the means of presenting your solution to their problems, questions and needs.  As you develop your skills, you will find you are converting more and more sales to your loyal subscribers.
